Peter Mans needs to continue hiring superlative Sales Consultants like Lucas Pedras who was polite, pleasant, who listened to me, and who cared about what I wanted. He worked very hard for me and was easy to contact later and always available. Lucas' excellent customer service qualities are hard to find today.
It was very refreshing. I have purchased 5 Subarus in 12 years and Lucas was by far the most outstanding consultant. You are very fortunate to have someone who has Lucas' work ethic.
