Zach Rouleau is the best salesperson I have worked with in purchasing a car. This is my fourth new car purchase. It was a fairly unusual experience and I am never in a rush to praise a car salesman... but this young gentleman is very different in his approach, candor, energetic can-do attitude, and complete transparency. It was very uplifting and refreshing. Maybe the games turn a profit for some dealerships, but I feel much better working with a professional that treats me with some dignity and respect. I did ask for a competitive price, but it was the first time I did not aggressively negotiate terms. I guess if someone was willing to treat me so well, I felt compelled to return the favor. I cannot thank Zach or Subaru enough. I am grateful this was so easy!

Since this was my sixth car from Subaru of Claremont, I will keep this short and sweet. The fact that I keep coming back to you over these last 14 years should be proof-positive that I am more than pleased with the level of service that you have provided. I enjoyed meeting your son for the first time and I know he will do you proud in years to come. I did want to let you know that the 2010 Outback that I purchased is best thing that I have seen come out of Subaru yet. The gas mileage is amazing! It's nice to know that you no longer have to trade off gas mileage for all wheel drive.
